SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTION

Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a program that offers students collaborative learning workshops outside
of class times. Under the supervision of an instructor or specially trained student leader, these workshops
provide students with an enjoyable, structured way to study the course material and develop critical
thinkng and problem-solving skills. Regular workshop participants usually reach a better understanding
of a course content and tend to pass at a higher rate and with better grades than non-participants. The
workshops are free to students.

other courses may have SI workshops which are not yet scheduled.
