The goals of our APE program are to:

  • Improve physical fitness and motor skills necessary for activities of daily living;
  • Develop positive self-image and feelings of self-worth; and
  • Build skills and abilities which will enable participation in both academic and leisure/recreational pursuits.

Our course offerings include self-defense, aquatics, and indoor cycling.
