Best Practices In Making Your Course Accessible

It’s time to put your new-found knowledge into practice.  Here we present you with a plethora of good ideas we hope you will incorporate into your pedagogy.

In keeping with Universal Learning Design, these practices are apt to benefit all of your students; not just the ones with disabilities.

Many of these are probably standard operating procedure for you already, since they are so intrinsic to quality instruction.

But there may be one or two that you may not have thought previously to be essential.

There are, no doubt other ideas we have neglected to include that you have found effective.  We will ask you to share these with us in the post test survey, so please jot them down as you think of them.
