Summary:

In all cases, it is important to remember that the student is responsible for requesting accommodations and providing the necessary documentation to the Center for Students with Disabilities.

To encourage students to advocate for their own needs and accommodations, Glendale Community College requires that you put the following statement on your syllabus.

“All students with disabilities requiring accommodations are responsible for making arrangements  with the Center for Students with disabilities in a timely manner.”
