Board Policy Probationary/Permanent Status A. Unit employees newly hired in regular positions or promoted to higher level positions within the regular classified service shall be considered probationary employees until having satisfactorily completed the six (6) month probationary period. B. Management supervisors and confidential employees shall serve a probationary period of one (1) year. C. Such classified employees who have satisfactorily completed the designated probationary period shall become permanent classified employees. |
