Academic Rank
Members of the faculty at Glendale Community College
may be assigned the academic rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate
Professor, Professor, or Visiting Professor in accordance with the
qualifications and procedures which are recommended by the Glendale Community
College Faculty Senate and Superintendent/President of the College District,
and approved by the Board of Trustees.
The Academic Rank Policy at Glendale Community College
is in no way attached to salary, nor is it considered the basis for a merit
plan for salary increase.
