COMPUTER APPLICATIONS TECHNICIAN


This certificate gives students entry to intermediate-level skills and training in the Microsoft Office Suite. The coursework prepares students for entry-level positions in a variety of business office settings.
This certificate does not satisfy the major requirements for the Associate in Science degree.

  CABOT 275 Microsoft Office Access I 3
  CABOT 280 Microsoft PowerPoint I 3
  CABOT 285 Microsoft Outlook 3
  CABOT 286 Microsoft Publisher 3
   TOTAL UNITS REQUIRED 14
* Student who cannot keyboard at a minimum of 25 wpm must complete either CABOT 200 or 205. Students who demonstrate a typing speed of 60 wpm or higher may substitute another class for CABOT 230 with the division chair approval.
